An opportunity to seize
Coworkea addresses a key challenge for businesses: empty office space. Today, more and more companies are finding themselves with unused space. Remote work is a major factor, but it’s not the only one. Many companies have recently had to scale back their operations, resulting in unused space.
We also note that some companies start out a bit too big and don’t need all of their office space. In any case, these companies are left with vacant offices, which cost them money.
We plan to fill these spaces and turn them into a source of revenue, under the same terms as at Coworkea Coworking.

Which companies can rent their offices through Coworkea?
Any company with a fully equipped vacant space can contact us. This excludes open-plan offices, which we only include in our offerings if they are completely separate from the host company. We are committed to ensuring that tenants have access to private offices that guarantee confidentiality and peace of mind.
Ideally, the space should be conducive to a productive work environment: phone booths, for example, are a popular feature.
Just like accessibility and a convenient location… even though sometimes you’re surprised by areas far from the ring road that have a very appealing vibrancy.
Please note that we always comply with the policies of the company leasing its office space. These policies are incorporated into each contract.
