Today, Coworkea manages more than 8,000 m2 of office space in the Paris region, spread over more than fifty locations. 100 companies are Coworkea customers in Paris, the inner suburbs and even further afield.
Our history
The Coworkea adventure began when we were looking for a place to relocate a printing business we owned at the time. The location we found met all our criteria, with just one exception: it was too big.
And so, in 2018, our first Coworking "colocation" with a welcoming company, our own, was born. We then welcomed other tenants from outside. Corpoworking" was born.
Many people liked the idea and asked us to duplicate our model for them. Quite quickly, we decided to professionalize our approach and sold our print shop in 2022, to devote ourselves fully to the development of Coworkea.

Sharing and cohesion
Our coworkers share their daily lives and build relationships. Today, Coworkea is home to a large number of freelancers and start-ups, and also offers rooms equipped to host project teams and seminars.
Dog-friendly spaces!
Do you enjoy the company of our dog friends? Would you like to come to work with yours? On some of our sites, our coworkers can bring their dogs with them to work. In fact, you can regularly meet some of our companions at our Vanves and Meudon la Forêt sites.
Partners, brokers, welcome
We work with partners to find tenants or locations to market.
Regarding the attribution of a sales lead seeking to rent office space, it is associated by site with the broker who organized the last physical visit. The physical presence of the broker is not essential; their commission is due regardless of their presence, as long as the visit was organized by them.
