3 simple, effective AI tools for busy entrepreneurs

03 Oct 2025

In the teeming ecosystem of AI tools for entrepreneurs, it's easy to get lost between grandiose promises and gimmicky solutions. Between thundering declarations of the ChatGPT revolution and apocalyptic predictions of the AI bubble bursting, the pragmatic entrepreneur struggles to distinguish the essential from the accessory. And yet, beyond the media noise, some tools bring immediate, concrete value to everyday business life.

As Jean-Philippe Timsit rightly pointed out in a recent LinkedIn article, where digital promised simplification, we find ourselves faced with a complexity that sometimes overwhelms even the most seasoned experts. For the entrepreneur, and even more so for the independent entrepreneur, with his or her head in the sand, juggling customer deliveries and business development, the urgent need is not to master the latest technological innovation, but to find solutions that really help save time.

Yann Gouvernec, a coworker in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, presents us with three field-proven AI content creation tools for entrepreneurs, which are simple to learn and immediately operational, and which will help you shine in society. Here's his testimonial...

MyScript: handwriting meets artificial intelligence

The first tool in our selection is MyScript, a French nugget developed in Nantes which has established itself as the world leader in handwriting recognition on tablets. This application transcends technological boundaries, running on all types of tablet and operating system, provided you have an active stylus (Apple Pencil or Samsung equivalent).

Figure 1: Nebo transforms handwriting into typed text thanks to natural handwriting recognition.

Nebo's value proposition lies in its ability to instantly transform handwriting into a directly usable digital file. Far from being a gadget, this tool meets a fundamental need: to rediscover the pure concentration of handwriting without the constraints of retranscription.

Handwriting has an undeniable cognitive advantage: it allows you to concentrate 100% on the content, free from technical considerations. Nebo preserves this quality while eliminating the tedious step of transcription. For in-depth articles requiring reflection and perspective, this approach proves particularly effective, offering a welcome alternative to the keyboard, even for the most keyboard-savvy entrepreneurs.

The tool also shines in its versatility, seamlessly integrating handwriting, voice dictation, keyboard input and drawing creation. This hybrid approach adapts to different ways of thinking and work situations. Annotation of PDF files is another useful feature.

The philosophy remains that of efficiency: it's better to master a few essential functions than to get bogged down in the complexity of rarely-used advanced options.

Gladia: audio transcription made in France

The second tool I recommend is Gladia, another French solution that deserves attention in these times of growing geopolitical tensions. Supporting our local developers makes all the sense in the world when they come up with relevant innovations.

Gladia doesn't win the ergonomics prize, but its simplicity and efficiency more than make up for this. Specializing in the rapid transcription of audio files, the tool proves indispensable for interviews and voice dictation of articles such as this one.

Figure 2: Gladia allows you to produce very clean transcriptions with multiple speakers. It adds punctuation and removes so-called filler words ("uh", for example).

Voice dictation is the fastest approach when ideas are clear and structured. It is the ideal complement to Nebo. Where Nebo favors slow, in-depth reflection, Gladia excels in the rapid capture of mastered content.

Gladia's advanced features include "diarization" (automatic separation of different speakers) and time-stamping, particularly useful for conference or interview transcriptions. These options transform the tool into a veritable assistant for creating summaries of customer discussions or capitalizing on insights gained in the field (when conducting customer surveys, for example).

The ecosystem offers other alternatives such as MacWhisper, which can be combined with LLMs for spelling correction and punctuation. However, for the entrepreneur in a hurry, simplicity takes precedence over sophistication. The aim remains to quickly transform telephone or videoconference exchanges into usable transcriptions. These can then be used as the basis for subsequent summaries enriched by generative AI... subject to careful verification.

Midjourney: reinventing professional illustration

Third pillar of this selection: Midjourney. The leader in image generation, it's independent and profitable (which is a good sign, because if users are paying for it, it's offering real value).

Midjourney revolutionizes the approach to professional illustration, replacing traditional stock images which are often impersonal and generic. Its judicious use, combined with real photographs (there's no substitute for a real photo), avoids the lassitude caused by the over-systematic generation of synthetic images, while adding an attractive, personalized visual dimension to customer materials.

Figure 3: Midjourney's new web interface combines simplicity and power.

Personalization is the key to success with Midjourney. An initial investment of around an hour to select and reference your favorite images enables you to develop a coherent visual signature, avoiding stereotyped renderings. This approach creates a genuine visual editorial line, particularly effective for abstract and artistic illustrations.

In short, while your competitors are producing stereotyped, ugly visuals that have "ChatGPT" stamped across the middle of their foreheads, you're simply and quickly developing a genuine editorial line worthy of the best pros.

Precautions include avoiding reproductions that could pose copyright problems, systematically using the customization described above, carrying out multiple tests and taking care with prompts.

A crucial point that is often overlooked is the need to keep a complete record of the creative process. This recommendation, made by a legal expert at a conference for which we published a detailed report on Visionary Marketing, aims to establish and preserve creative authorship. Documenting prompts, saving iterations and retaining a history of modifications are all proof of personal creative investment, a decisive factor in the event of a legal challenge.

A particularly effective trick is to start with an existing text, submitted to an LLM with a specialized prompt generating four tailor-made suggestions for Midjourney. This delegated approach often produces surprising results, generating unexpected creativity and significant time savings. Alan Turing demonstrated in 1950 that a machine could be creative, and with this method, you'll be able to verify that he was right.

A philosophical tip for enhancing your content through illustration: my philosophy is to illustrate concrete statements with abstract images rather than the other way around, thus lending greater weight and professionalism to the message. This approach stimulates the reader's projection, who mentally enriches the image according to his or her own creativity and personal references.

In more prosaic and direct terms, there's nothing worse than selling a computer by showing an image of someone typing on a computer.

Efficiency before sophistication

These three AI tools for entrepreneurs in a hurry share a common philosophy: prioritize immediate efficiency over technical sophistication. In a business environment where time is the most precious resource, these solutions deliver tangible value without a costly learning curve.

The ecosystem of AI tools continues to evolve at a frenetic pace, multiplying options and promises. For the pragmatic entrepreneur, selecting tools that are proven, easy to use and immediately operational remains the most promising strategy. Nebo, Gladia and Midjourney are perfect examples of this approach, transforming time-consuming tasks into fluid, creative processes.

The future belongs to those who can identify, in today's technological explosion, the AI tools for entrepreneurs that are really useful, those that free up time to focus on what's essential: creating value for your customers.
