Make your empty offices available to others for a profit
This article explains how we respond to a real pain point for companies with too much real estate.
An opportunity to seize
Coworkea addresses a pain point for businesses: empty office space. Today, more and more companies have unoccupied office space. Telecommuting has a lot to do with this, but it's not the only reason. Many companies have recently had to downsize, resulting in wasted space. We've also observed that some companies think a little big at the outset and don't have the use for all their workspace. In all cases, these companies have vacant offices on their hands, costing them money. We propose to fill them up and turn them into a source of income, under the same conditions as coworking.
A turnkey solution
As these workspaces are located within an active company, beneficiaries are guaranteed at least an internet connection, a cleaning service and furniture. Our specificity is to work on short reciprocal notice periods (usually 3 months), with a minimum commitment period of three months, to ensure a little stability. This means that companies making their offices available on a temporary basis can be sure of getting them back quickly, should business pick up again, for example. Commercial leases have become too restrictive. Our solution guarantees quality and flexibility for all parties.
Many requests, not enough places available
Demand is soaring. There is an exponential need in the Ile-de-France region for premises that can be adapted to suit the needs of our customers. Despite our expertise and 9,000 square meters of managed space in the region, it's hard for us to meet all the demands. Business leaders need to discover this hybrid approach to the workplace. Wasted space is expensive space. With Coworkea, it's possible to make the most of vacant office space, without the constraints of a lease. Our solution is a win-win situation. For the tenant, it guarantees a lower cost item than a space specially designed for coworking. As for the host company, it obtains additional income, even higher than that of a commercial lease.
Empty spaces often force companies to move. Coworkea enables them not only to stay in a place they like, but also to make profitable what was previously unprofitable.
Which companies can rent their offices through Coworkea?
Any company with an equipped empty space can call on us. With the exception of open-plan offices, which we only include in our offers if they are completely independent of the host company. We insist that tenants benefit from closed offices, guaranteeing confidentiality and serenity. Ideally, the space should be conducive to a good working environment: phone-boxes, for example, are appreciated. Accessibility and a convenient location are just as important... even if we're sometimes surprised by areas that are far from the ring road, which is very attractive. It's worth noting that we systematically adapt to the rules and regulations of the company handing over its offices. Internal regulations are included in every contract.
